Upcoming Chinese Holidays

We wish to advise everyone of some upcoming Chinese holidays.  It may pay to contact your suppliers to find out how this will affect production and/or shipping of any orders that are due over this time.

Mid Autumn Festival – businesses closed from 15/09/24 – 17/09/24, returning to work 18/09/24.

Golden Week – businesses close from 01/10/24 – 07/10/24, returning to work 08/10/24.

The dates above may be subject to variation depending on your supplier’s plans.  Many companies will close prior to these long holidays to allow their staff time to get home to country areas.

It is also often the case that trucking companies close early, making it difficult to book pick ups close to the start of the holiday.  Should you have any orders coming up that we are not yet aware of, please let us know so that we can start making arrangements for collection prior to the holiday.
