China Public Holidays – SEP / OCT 2026

Please be advised of the upcoming public holidays in China:

Mid-Autumn Festival
Friday 25 September to Sunday 27 September 2026

National Day / Golden Week
Thursday 1 October to Wednesday 7 October 2026

During these holiday periods, many factories, suppliers, shipping lines, transport providers and other logistics facilities throughout China will either close or operate with reduced staffing.

The National Day holiday in particular is one of China’s major annual holiday periods and traditionally results in increased pressure on shipping capacity in the lead-up to the holiday, followed by congestion and backlogs as operations resume.

Please also be aware that individual factories and suppliers may extend their closure beyond the official holiday dates. Our team will continue to monitor bookings and shipping schedules and will advise of any significant changes or delays affecting your shipments.

If you have any concerns or queries, please contact our team.
